OFA Highlights: Connections to Success

Connections to Success, a responsible fatherhood grantee of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Family Assistance, works with low income individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through a holistic case management model, employment readiness, and a Fatherhood and Mentoring Program to make that step a reality.
