Oftentimes, the first step towards economic self-sufficiency and breaking the cycle of poverty is employment. This OFA Highlight from the Field video showcases Juan Evans King, a Connections to Success program participant, and his successful employment.

Connections to Success, a responsible fatherhood grantee of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Family Assistance, works with low income individuals to achieve self-sufficiency through a holistic case management model, employment readiness, and a Fatherhood and Mentoring Program to make that step a reality.
