The Intersection of Parenting and Relationship Skills: Fathers as Teachers and Role Models for their Children

Event Date/Time:
Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - 12:30pm to 2:00pm
National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC)

Free NRFC Technical Assistance Webinar
The Office of Family Assistance, through the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC), is providing this technical assistance webinar for all responsible fatherhood practitioners, including current OFA grantees, and other interested stakeholders.

To be a good teacher and role model for their children, fathers need a combination of parenting, relationship, and co-parenting skills. This webinar will look at ways in which responsible fatherhood programs are working to improve child well-being by helping fathers enhance their skills in those areas. Presenters will discuss how the different skill sets intersect, describe the work that their programs are doing with fathers, and offer tips for other fatherhood practitioners.
