January 23, 2008: "Ensuring Compliance: How 45 CFR Part 87 Applies to Curricula Use"
The January 2008 Technical Assistance Webinar was held in partnership with and hosted by the National Healthy Marriage Resource Center. This Webinar discussed compliance with Federal regulations (45 CFR Part 87) and its application to curricula use, including curriculum considered unallowable under ACF-funded Promoting Responsible Fatherhood and Healthy Marriage grants.
