Program Development
As a community partner you have a special role in the implementation of Promoting Responsible Fatherhood programs, particularly as they apply to coalitions, and collaborative arrangements. In this section, the National Responsible Fatherhood Clearinghouse (NRFC) provides resources groups can use to develop their Responsible Fatherhood programs. General program development guidance and performance management tools are both useful when working with stand alone or collaborative programs to ensure that the programs being delivered are as effective as possible.
